Jenny brings a strong background in human resources and organizational development, with a passion for creating inclusive, people-first cultures. At Glen Group, she manages People & Culture initiatives across all divisions, supporting recruitment, training, and employee development. Jenny also builds meaningful partnerships with community organizations, post-secondary institutions, and employment service providers, creating pathways for talent to grow within the company.

Jenny takes pride in connecting people to opportunities. Whether collaborating with partners like WorkBC, WorkSafeBC, PICS, and universities, or working with First Nations, Boards of Trade, and other community groups, she serves as a bridge between Glen Group and the community. Seeing individuals thrive because they were given a start is the most fulfilling part of her role.
