A Short Background:
As a Traffic Control Supervisor, safety is our top priority. I ensure that the Glen Traffic crew upholds the highest safety standards throughout their work zones. I provide my expertise, guidance, and feedback to develop a strong safety mindset within the team. Additionally, I build relationships with clients, construction crews, and the public to help them understand and respect the safety measures in place around construction zones.

What she is most proud of in her role:
Being a Traffic Control Supervisor and field worker has taught me the importance of traffic regulations, managing diverse work styles, and interacting with the public. Each day brings new challenges, but what I am most proud of is knowing that my crew performs their duties diligently to keep everyone safe. Ensuring that everyone goes home safely to their families and friends is the most rewarding part of the job.
